Microsoft Clicks With DoubleClick
Posted on: 2007-03-28 10:24:43 Online advertising firm DoubleClick Inc. is exploring a sale and is in talks with Microsoft Corp They are also talking with other potential suitors, according to people familiar with the matter, according to a press report Wednesday. It's being reported in the US that the software giant is considering the purchase of the giant online ad technology firm. DoubleClick, which has a major British presence, has commissioned investment bank Morgan Stanley to help sound out its options, including a possible stock market listing, the Wall Street Journal reported.
